- In the fields provided, enter your information such as Name, Email address, Phone number, License number…etc.
- Click the Next button.
- If the information matches, you will receive an email with a Password Reset code (or access token).

Other Password Tips
- Passwords are case delicate. Check the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys. One (or both) may be on, or could have been on when you made the secret key.
- Passwords can’t contain spaces. Re-appear the secret key without spaces.
